Steps to Upgrade Galaxy SL I9003 to Ice Cream Sandwich
Step 1:
Download Ice Cream Sandwich firmware to your computer from above link and don’t extract ZIP file.
Step 2:
Enable USB Debugging on your Galaxy SL I9003 by going to “Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging”.
Step 3:
Connect your Galaxy SL I9003 to your computer by using a USB Data cable
Step 4:
Copy and paste downloaded Ice Cream Sandwich ZIP file into your SD card of your Galaxy SL I9003.
Step 5:
Now download and install ROM Manager from Android Market
Step 6:
Then open ROM Manager from your app drawer and choose “Flash ClockworkMod Recovery.”
Step 7:
Turn off you Galaxy SL I9003 and boot it into recovery modeby pressing and holding “Volume Down + Ok” buttons and simultaneously pressing “Power” button together for few seconds
Step 8:
In recovery mode, choose “install zip from SD card.” And nagvigate through SD Card by using “Volume Up/Down” keys and press “Power” button as “OK”.
Step 9:
Select “choose zip from SD Card” and choose the Android 4.0 ICS zip file from SD card.
Step 10:
Now Android 4.0 ICS will start installing. You have to wait for 5 – 10 minutes for installing process to finish
Step 11:
Now reboot your Samsung Galaxy SL I9003.
You have done. Now enjoy Android 4.0 ICS on your Galaxy SL I9003.
