Samsung eMMC Pro Class 1500 fastest Embedded Storage is now under production, reports Samsung Tomorrow. Samsung eMMC Pro Class 1500 brings the fastest speeds for embedded storage device, offering 140 MB/s reading data and about 50 MB/s writing, which is 4 times faster than other eMMC solutions in market. Samsung eMMC Pro Class 1500 uses 64-Gb (gigabit) NAND, which lets it to process up to 3500/1500 IOPS.
Samsung will use these chip in its next-generation premium mobile device to provide customers an improved system performance, which will experience them the faster web browsing, 3D and HD video playback and recording, social networking and graphics-rich gameplay.
Samsung eMMC Pro Class 1500 chips will be available at 16, 32, and 64GB in 1.2mm of thickness.
